ABOUT THE POSITION

Tillmans Charkuteri in Bollnäs was founded in 1950 and manufactures charcuterie from raw material to finished product in stores with a clear ambition to be associated with high quality and fast deliveries. The company has recently been acquired by Gårdssällskapet, which also owns Björk & Co., and you will become an important part of the production and purchasing work between the three companies. Tillmans currently has 12 employees consisting of production staff, salespeople, and order receivers. As a production planner/purchaser, you will have contact with everyone in the company but will work most closely with your immediate supervisor, who is the purchasing manager at Gårdssällskapet, a purchasing colleague at Gårdssällskapet, and the manager of Björk & Co. In addition, you will also have contact with production and purchasing and other employees from Gårdssällskapet and Björk & Co., who have production in Eskilstuna and Färila and offices in Stockholm. You will be an important link between the different production units, especially in Bollnäs and Färila, which also involves some travel between the locations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Tasks

You will work in a broad role focusing on efficiency and creating structured working methods and purchasing flows. For example, you will…

• Participate in meetings and planning with the production and sales team
• Contribute to the development of working methods, systems, and routines for a more digital and efficient production flow
• Plan and analyze the need for raw materials based on production, season, and sales forecasts.
• Ensure that the right products are in place at the right time for production
• Plan production in the short and long term, with a holistic perspective on the flow from purchasing to finished product.
• Ensure the quality of incoming raw materials and follow up on suppliers' performance
• Collaborate closely with production to ensure an efficient flow
• Participate in budget work and follow up on price images, average costs, and deviations

• A post-secondary education in logistics, economics, or equivalent
• Several years of experience in purchasing, logistics, production planning, or equivalent
• Good system skills, preferably Fortnox or Excel
• A valid driver's license (B)
