About the role

As a leasing agent at HS Prokura AB, you will hold a central position in a professional and growing property management company based in Gävle. HS Prokura is tasked with managing properties for Fastighets AB Regio in central Gävle, primarily focusing on offices and a smaller share of residential properties. As a leasing agent, you will support the company's growth by attracting and retaining tenants, driving leasing processes, and contributing to the company's strategic management goals.



Your responsibilities
  • Be responsible for leasing residential and commercial properties within HS Prokura's property portfolio in Gävle.
  • Market vacant properties, conduct viewings, and manage expressions of interest.
  • Negotiate lease agreements and establish rental contracts in collaboration with the finance department.
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and potential tenants to improve customer satisfaction and tenant loyalty.
  • Collaborate with technical management to ensure good quality and prompt actions for maintenance and service needs.
  • Participate in reporting, analysis, and forecasting of occupancy rates and rental income.
  • Actively contribute to HS Prokura's sustainability efforts and help maintain the company's standards for environmental responsibility.

Who are you
  • Experience in leasing, property management, or a similar role is advantageous but not required.
  • Structured and self-driven – you can manage leasing processes independently.
  • Relationship builder with the ability to create many long-term relationships.
  • Good administrative skills and experience with office tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical ability – you can track key metrics and draw conclusions to optimize leasing.
  • Knowledge of marketing and social media is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license (B-category)
