Export Inside Sales Representative for SMP Parts
SMP Parts is a leading player in tiltrotators, attachments, and quick couplers for construction machinery. We are represented globally with dealers and subsidiaries in several countries and are known for our technical expertise, high service level, and strong customer relationships. We are now taking the next step in our growth journey and need you to help create results in new markets.
Are you a driven and technically skilled salesperson who wants to help develop sales in international markets? SMP Parts is growing globally, and we are now looking for an Export Inside Sales Representative who wants to become a key person in our continued expansion. Here, you will have the opportunity to influence, develop, and work with exciting products used all over the world.
Your role
As an Export Inside Sales Representative, you will be an important part of our international sales team. You will:
- Handle inquiries and quotes from dealers in our export markets.
- Support dealers with advice, product knowledge, and order management.
- Follow up leads, drive sales processes, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with field sales, technology, production, and customer support to deliver the right solutions.
- Participate in digital customer meetings, product presentations, and trade shows.
The role is entirely focused on dealers and means that you will be a central link between SMP Parts and our partners globally.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least three years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technical or machinery-related industry.
- Has previously worked in inside sales or a similar role.
- Is structured, resilient under pressure, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Is solution-oriented, engaged, and driven by building strong relationships with customers.
Experience with machinery, hydraulics, tiltrotators, or control systems is a plus. If you have worked with dealers and are familiar with CRM systems (preferably Monitor), that is an advantage.
