Simson Power Tools AB in Hofors is looking for an

International OEM Salesperson and Distributor Developer

Do you want to combine technical sales with business development and build long-term relationships in an international market? Simson Power Tools AB is now looking for a strategically important key person to drive our growth by developing OEM customers and building a strong network of distributors.

About the role

In this role, you will be a central part of our team and have the opportunity to:

· Develop and manage relationships with international OEM customers.

· Develop business with existing distributors.

· Identify and establish new distributors in strategic markets.

· Work closely with our technical solutions and contribute to customer-specific projects.

· Influence market strategy and customer experience in an expanding organization.

We are looking for someone who

· Has a technical interest or background in mechanics, hydraulics, mechanical engineering, or similar.

· Enjoys combining technology and business.

· Is communicative and builds trust with customers.

· Has the ability to understand complex technical solutions and translate them into customer benefits.

We are open to:

· Junior candidates with a technical education and ambition to grow.

· Senior salespeople with experience in technical sales and international markets.

Location

Preferably close to our factories in Hofors or Eskilstuna, but remote work is possible for the right person. The role requires flexibility to travel within Sweden, Europe, and globally.
