ABOUT THE POSITION

As the E-commerce Manager, you will have the primary responsibility for driving and developing Great Earth's e-commerce, from digital solutions to strategies. The role is crucial for creating a smooth and inspiring customer journey that builds loyalty and drives sales, with a particular focus on our efforts in other markets. You will report to the CEO and be part of the commercial team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

Main responsibility for developing and optimizing the company's e-commerce, including strategy, operations, and international expansion, with a strong focus on data analysis and customer experience.

• Drive and develop DTC sales in all markets
• Be responsible for international expansion of e-commerce in other countries
• Lead and project manage agencies and suppliers
• Drive campaigns and optimize conversion rate (CRO)
• Perform data analysis for business decisions and new opportunities
• Develop new ideas and services to achieve growth targets
• Build loyalty and long LTV on our eCom customers

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has several years of experience in a leading role within e-commerce with associated P/L responsibility
• Has experience in leading/project managing agencies and suppliers
• Has experience in driving international expansion
• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is a merit if you have:

• Good knowledge of data-driven marketing
• Practical experience in conversion optimization (CRO)
• Practical experience in customer experience (CX)
• Experience in data analysis for e-commerce
• Experience working with subscription models
