Your Responsibilities
We are now looking for an order coordinator for one of our clients in the Gävle area. If you want to work in an international environment where you can utilize your communication skills and structured work approach – then this might be the job for you!
As an order coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing communication with both small and large customers worldwide via email, phone, and Teams. You will respond to order inquiries regarding stock status and delivery times, investigate and resolve customer issues, and follow up on order and distribution processes in the business system. The role also includes planning and booking of transports, preparing delivery documentation, and close collaboration with your colleagues both locally and globally within the organization. The work involves many internal and external contacts, and you will primarily work in English.
Your working hours are during the day, Monday to Friday, and you will work on-site at our client's location.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is engaged, driven, and responsible with a structured and solution-oriented work approach. You thrive in a changing environment, are used to handling large amounts of information, and make quick decisions while always prioritizing safety. Your ability to collaborate is strong, and you perform well both in teams and independently.
We prefer that you have a relevant post-secondary education and/or experience in finance, logistics, or delivery planning. You communicate fluently in both spoken and written Swedish and English and have good knowledge of MS Office. Experience with business systems and previous work in service, administration, or logistics is an advantage.
You will be employed by Clockwork and work on assignment with our client. The assignment is expected to start in February and will last for 6 months with good opportunities for extension.
