Project Purchaser – Build the future projects with us!

Do you want to take a key role in our projects and ensure cost-effective purchases that meet high quality standards and timelines? We are now looking for a Project Purchaser who wants to contribute to our successful project operations and develop strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.

About the role:

As a Project Purchaser, you will work closely with the project team and be responsible for planning, procurement, and logistics. You will ensure that materials, services, and subcontractors meet our quality requirements and policies while optimizing costs and deliveries.

Your main responsibilities:

Planning and procurement: Identify material and service needs, create procurement plans, manage tender requests, and select suppliers/subcontractors.

Negotiation and contracts: Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery times, and establish contracts according to laws and guidelines.

Supplier relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, perform supplier evaluations, and participate in audits.

Project follow-up: Ensure qualitative and timely deliveries, monitor costs, and handle complaints.

Logistics and delivery: Coordinate deliveries, optimize transportation, and manage deviations to ensure efficiency and sustainability.

Qualifications and skills:

• Experience in procurement within the construction industry or related fields.
• Good understanding of construction processes and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of contract law, such as AB04 and ABT06.
• Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
• Experience working with procurement systems and good IT skills.

Personal qualities:

We are looking for someone who is structured and results-oriented with a good ability to manage multiple parallel tasks. You have excellent collaboration and communication skills and thrive in a role where you build relationships and work purposefully to meet the needs of projects.
