We are strengthening our team in Gävle and are now looking for a driven and relationship-building field salesperson who wants to join us on our journey to become the most visible and complete supplier of decor, signage, exhibition materials, and work and promotional clothing in the region.

We help companies stand out through strong comprehensive solutions in decor, signage, exhibition materials, and work and promotional clothing, all aimed at strengthening our clients' brands and creating measurable results. We are located in Varberg, Trollhättan, Skellefteå, Mjölby, Luleå, Kalmar, Helsingborg, Gävle, Färjestaden, Bollnäs, and Boden, with a total turnover of approximately 80 million SEK. We combine local engagement with the strength of a national corporation and have a clear focus on growth through active sales and long-term customer relationships. In Gävle, we are an engaged team of about ten people with a strong team spirit, creativity, and close collaboration between sales and production. We are now looking for someone who wants to take an active role in our continued growth and help increase our visibility and customer presence throughout the Gävleborg region.


About the role

As a Field Salesperson with us, you will be a key person in our sales initiative. You will work broadly with the entire 4Sign product portfolio, from facade signs, vehicle graphics, and exhibition materials to promotional clothing. Your focus will be on building long-term relationships, creating new business, and developing existing customers.


Your main tasks:

  • Actively engage both new and existing customers in Gävleborg and surrounding areas

  • Schedule and conduct customer meetings, often at the customer's location

  • Create business proposals and drive deals from initial contact to closure

  • Represent 4Sign at networking events, customer events, and industry events

  • Collaborate with colleagues in production, order management, and marketing for the best customer experience

You will be based at our office in Gävle, especially at the beginning to get to know the team, products, and routines, but will spend most of your time out with customers.


Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is social, active, and solution-oriented – a person who thrives in the field, builds trust quickly, and is passionate about making deals. You do not need to be an expert in signage or promotional products from the start; the most important thing is that you are curious, engaged, and have a natural drive to learn and grow.


We believe you have:

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably as a field salesperson, account manager, or outside salesperson

  • Strong ability to build relationships and create trust

  • Independence and structure in your work

  • Driver's license B and the ability to travel within the region

  • A positive and unpretentious attitude that fits into a collaborative team

Location & travel

You will be based at our office in Gävle and work in the Gävleborg region with opportunities for customer visits also in Uppland and Dalarna. We prefer that you live within about an hour's commuting distance to Gävle.

  • Extent: Full-time, permanent

  • Start date: By agreement, preferably as soon as possible

  • Salary: Fixed salary + bonus according to agreement
