We are currently looking for new colleagues for our customer service assignment for SkiStar – the company behind some of Scandinavia's most beloved ski resorts. Here at Xzakt Customer Relations in Gävle, you will assist their guests both before and during their trips, ensuring that the entire experience is smooth – from booking to après-ski.

For us, customer service is about meeting people with care and clarity – via phone, chat, and email. You are there when someone needs help, providing support and ensuring they truly feel heard. It’s a job where you can make a difference – every day.

And no, we do not require 5 years of experience (we don’t even require a CV). But we believe that you are:

Curious about people Sharp in expressing yourself in Swedish and English A problem solver with good system skills Excited to help others have a really great mountain holiday

What does the job entail? As part of our SkiStar team in Gävle, you will assist customers with everything from bookings and payments to questions about accommodation, activities, and equipment. You will receive paid training and support from the team throughout your journey.

In practice, this means you will: Assist customers via phone, chat, and email Answer questions about trips, services, and terms Handle cancellations, complaints, and other customer matters Represent SkiStar in a fair and solution-oriented manner

What do you get from us? A proper introduction plus ongoing support from team leaders and colleagues Fixed monthly salary (for 80% position): 18,997 SEK (over 24 years) / 16,386 SEK (under 24 years).
