We are currently looking for new colleagues for our customer service assignment for SkiStar – the company behind some of Scandinavia's most beloved ski resorts. Here at Xzakt Kundrelation in Gävle, you will assist their guests both before and during their trip, ensuring that the entire experience runs smoothly – from booking to après-ski.

For us, customer service is about meeting people with care and clarity – via phone, chat, and email. You are there when someone needs help, providing support and ensuring they truly feel heard. It’s a job where you can make a difference – every day.

And no, we don’t require 5 years of experience (we don’t even require a CV). But we believe you are:

What does the job entail? As part of our SkiStar team in Gävle, you will assist customers with everything from bookings and payments to questions about accommodation, activities, and equipment. You will receive paid training and support from the team throughout the journey.

In practice, this means you will: Help customers via phone, chat, and email Answer questions about travel, services, and terms Handle cancellations, complaints, and other customer matters Represent SkiStar in a fair and solution-oriented manner
