We work with several service companies and are now looking for a person who wants to work with customer contact, follow-up on quotes, and simpler marketing.
The role involves contacting potential customers and following up with customers who have already received a quote.
Job Responsibilities
• Call potential customers
• Follow up on sent quotes
• Schedule meetings
• Simple administrative tasks
• Support in marketing as needed
Qualifications
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable with phone contact
• Good Swedish in speech and writing
• Positive and service-oriented
• Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is a plus but not a requirement
Working Hours
Flexible, Part-time as needed.
Location
Remote or on-site as agreed.
