 Consultant Request – Project Coordinator for Feasibility Study

Theme: Attractive Sustainable Workplaces

We are looking for a Project Coordinator (consultant) for a part-time assignment in a feasibility study running from September 1, 2025 – May 31, 2026. The position may transition into a full-time role.

The feasibility study will map the current situation in the region regarding skills supply, corporate culture, and organizational development – focusing on small and medium-sized enterprises and collaboration between employers, authorities, business promoters, and academia.

Consultant's Assignment

  • Work alongside the project manager to plan and conduct mapping, workshops, and study visits.
  • Compile and analyze insights to support further development.
  • Strengthen networks and collaboration among actors in the region.
  • Contribute operationally and strategically to achieve the goals of the feasibility study project.

Purpose and Goals

The feasibility study aims to identify areas of competence and actors who want to collaborate to develop attractive, sustainable, and inclusive workplaces in the region, as well as provide suggestions on how a future collaborative project can be structured.

Desired Competence

  • Relevant education and experience in HR, organizational development, work environment, or similar.
  • Experience with EU-funded development projects.
  • Familiarity with planning and leading workshops and meetings.
  • Ability to work strategically with multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the region's business community and development issues.
  • Good communication skills in Swedish.
  • Exploratory and curious approach.
  • Ability to build trusting relationships and analyze issues from a systems perspective.

Scope:

40 – 60% of a full-time position during the period September 2025 – May 2026, and it may be extended or converted to a full-time position.

Location and Scope

At the office in Sandviken with some possibility for remote work. The position initially involves a fixed-term employment at Everlight but may be extended to a full-time position with permanent employment.

The assignment has a scope of 40 - 60% and is a consulting position via Everlight.
