About the role

As a Responsible Accountant, you will have overall responsibility for the finances of several of our hotels. You will work broadly with everything from monthly closings, analyses, and financial advice. We are looking for a driven person who is passionate about finance and can easily handle multiple systems.

You will be a key person in the team and for the hotels. You have colleagues who support you and a structure that allows you to tackle both challenges and opportunities with confidence.

Your main tasks:

• Financial advisor for the hotels
• Monthly closings and reconciliations
• Budgeting, forecasting, and analyses
• Annual closings
• Streamlining processes and systems

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in accounting and financial advice. You have previously worked with the entire accounting chain, from start to finish. You are experienced in analysis and performance monitoring.

You have at least five years of experience as an accountant and are comfortable handling annual closings.

To thrive in this role, you need to be a flexible and unpretentious team player who feels at home in a dynamic environment. You think in solutions, not obstacles, and approach both system changes and new working methods with curiosity and drive.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as an accountant
• Experience with the entire accounting chain, including annual closings
• Familiarity with handling various systems
• Experience with performance monitoring
• Open to change

Meritorious:

• Experience from the hotel industry
• Experience in preparing annual reports
