Nordanstigs Bostäder AB is a wholly owned subsidiary of Nordanstig Municipality and is, with its approximately 800 apartments, the largest player in the rental market in the municipality.

The company owns over 50 properties, has an annual turnover of approximately 100 million SEK, and employs 26 staff members.

We strive to create a safe and pleasant living environment for all our tenants and work with community development and sustainability. The company also manages the municipality-owned properties and handles the accounting for Nordanstigs Fjärrvärme AB.

Your Mission

As the Accounting Manager with us, you will have a central role in the company. You will be responsible for ongoing accounting and bookkeeping, preparing monthly and annual financial statements, leading the budgeting process, and monitoring the financial goals of the operations. Additionally, you will handle VAT and tax declarations as well as property declarations. In other words, you will be an important internal support in the area.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience and relevant post-secondary education in the field. You have several years of experience in accounting work. Experience in accounting within municipal property companies is an advantage. You should have good knowledge of the K3 regulations for project accounting.

With your strong analytical skills and attention to detail, you will thrive in this role, where you will work both independently and in a team. You have good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish. With your experience, you have knowledge of systems such as Fortnox, Medius, and Office365, especially Excel.
