Furuviksparken is one of Sweden's most beloved destinations for entertainment, nature, and live experiences. Here, a zoo, amusement park, swimming, and concerts come together in a unique mix – and every year we create magical memories for hundreds of thousands of guests, both individuals and companies.
We are now looking for an HR Support for a temporary position in the spring of 2026. In the role of HR Support, you will ensure that HR administration and managerial support run smoothly, allowing managers and employees to focus on what makes us unique - the experiences for our guests. You will be an important part of our HR team and actively contribute to the development of our processes and ways of working.
About the Role
As HR Support, you will work alongside our HR partner. You play a crucial role in supporting the business as you administer the HR support that managers primarily turn to for various HR-related questions and administrative matters. With your service-oriented and structured approach, you contribute to creating smooth processes and effective HR support. Furthermore, you assist our HR partner as needed in other HR-related projects. This role suits you if you build trustful relationships, enjoy being the spider in the web, and have a passion for simplifying and developing HR administration.
Responsibilities
- First-line HR support: Administrative assistance and guidance for managers on various HR-related questions
- Ongoing personnel administration
- Ongoing system administration of our personnel systems.
- Ensure that our AI-based digital colleague provides correct information to our employees and remains updated.
- Plan and participate in recruitment fairs and other activities related to employer branding
- Support managers as needed in recruiting seasonal staff and coordinate recruitment events with the recruitment manager.
- Assist with and participate in training initiatives as needed
- Support HR partner in other HR-related projects based on local and group-wide goals.
- Additionally, you actively contribute to creating a good work environment and Parks and Resorts' sustainability efforts.
About You
We are looking for someone who is meticulous, service-oriented, and structured. You thrive in an assisting HR role and find it easy to collaborate and create order in administrative flows. You enjoy working closely with the business and are comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously. As a person, you are self-driven, flexible, proactive, and enjoy finding new solutions and ways of working. Furthermore, you are a good listener and enjoy building trustful relationships.
Qualifications
- Completed education in Personnel/HR or relevant work experience in the field
- Good knowledge of both Swedish and English
- Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role is an advantage.
About the Position
The position is a temporary role from February 1 to May 31. The employment rate is 80%, and working hours include trust hours, with evening and weekend shifts related to training initiatives.
The collective agreement with Unionen and individual salary setting apply.
