We are looking for a Financial Accountant in Real Estate who wants to help develop the financial management of both housing associations and property companies. Here you will have a large mandate, close collaboration with management, and the opportunity to eventually grow into a more strategic role as Financial Manager.

As a Financial Accountant in Real Estate, you will play a central role in ensuring quality, developing routines, and supporting both clients and colleagues. You will work in a smaller team where you will be responsible for both ongoing accounting and more complex financial issues.

The role is both operational and advisory, and you will have a significant influence on how the work develops moving forward. For the right person, there is also the opportunity to eventually grow into a more overarching role within the group.

Your main responsibilities:

• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Monthly and annual financial statements as well as budget work
• Advising and consulting housing associations and property companies
• Supporting colleagues in more complex issues
• Handling VAT, taxes, and regulatory matters
• Developing and improving routines, working methods, and processes, creating more efficient reporting flows

We are looking for someone who is confident in their accounting skills and wants to work in a company where you can influence both working methods and development. You thrive in a changing environment, are positive and solution-oriented, and have an easy time collaborating.

We believe you have:

• Post-secondary education in finance
• Previously worked with qualified accounting
• Good knowledge of bookkeeping, financial statements, VAT, and taxes
• Experience working independently with annual financial statements and budget work
• Experience working in the real estate industry
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good system skills and analytical ability
