About the role

As an administrator, you will work with administrative tasks within payroll and finance. You will be the right hand of the payroll and finance manager and provide support where needed.

The role requires you to be administratively inclined, structured, and have a humble attitude. You will have colleagues who support you and a structure that allows you to tackle both challenges and opportunities with confidence.

Your main tasks:

• Changes and new employment contracts
• Assist with simpler payroll tasks
• Reporting to authorities
• Employer certificates
• Support of simpler ongoing financial work

We are looking for someone who is administratively inclined and loves to help and contribute to the team. We place the greatest emphasis on you as a person fitting into our group.

Requirements:

• Has a high school education
• Has good knowledge of Swedish spoken and written
• Has good computer skills
