As a Commercial Assistant at Collen, you will play a central role in our team and actively contribute to strengthening the company's safety culture. By demonstrating personal commitment, clearly defining expectations, and communicating the company's safety policy, you ensure that safety is always prioritized over productivity.

Qualifications

  • 3rd Level Qualification in a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role post qualification
  • Good working knowledge of English, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of MS Office including Excel and Word

Responsibilities

You will report to the Financial Accountant for Sweden and be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with the finance & procurement team to support operational excellence and compliance
  • Administering the preparation, printing, scanning, organizing, and posting of invoices on a weekly basis and as needed
  • Data entry in systems
  • Building professional relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Ensuring all supplier invoices are received in a timely manner and that refunds/credit notes are updated accordingly in the finance system
  • Administering goods received notes (GRN) to keep invoices up to date
  • Researching and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks within the department as needed
  • Promoting and fostering the company's core values and a culture of wellness at work
  • Handling internal and external communication with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Good working knowledge of general data protection regulation (GDPR)

The ideal candidate will be articulate with good numeracy and time management skills. You will possess the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks while maintaining good communication and engagement with the wider organization.
