Your Mission

You will have varied tasks within technical administration, including:

• Managing orders, installations, and deinstallations of security alarms
• Administering and implementing digital locks and key systems as well as operational phones
• Working in systems such as: Lifecare, Swedlock, SOS portal.
• Providing support for support and care operations in relevant digital solutions
• Managing the Car Pool
• Ensuring that invoices are handled according to applicable routines and deadlines
• Taking minutes or notes during meetings

Qualifications

You have at least a high school diploma and a B driver's license. You have good computer skills and are familiar with digital systems. You express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Personal Qualities

You can work independently and in a structured manner by planning, organizing, and prioritizing your work effectively. You find it easy to collaborate and build good relationships. You are clear, flexible, and take initiative. You have a genuine interest in the work and a desire to develop.

Meritorious

Experience in similar tasks, familiarity with systems, and relevant further education.
