Job Responsibilities:

In this role, you will have daily contact with the organization's customers, primarily handling phone inquiries, but also via chat/email and to some extent in reception. It is a varied job that requires a passion for working with service over the phone and a burning interest in helping people and being curious about your surroundings.

You will warmly, thoughtfully, and humanely receive the organization's customers' inquiries and resolve them within the frameworks of the applicable routines and processes while ensuring that the customer understands and accepts the solution. In this role, you will provide the right service, at the right time, and in the right way to all customers. The organization places great importance on good treatment and ensuring that the customer feels heard and seen.

Your main job responsibilities include:

• Answering general questions about rentals and searching for housing
• Receiving customer inquiries and assisting customers with related questions
• Providing status information on ongoing cases
• Receiving fault reports
• Key and tag management
• Payment matters, such as rent payments, maintenance, and optional orders
• Writing contracts for vehicle spaces and storage
• Terminations of housing, vehicle spaces, and storage.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is accustomed to using the phone as a work tool and is therefore good at communicating, listening, and showing empathy during phone interactions. You demonstrate simplicity and engagement in customer meetings, which requires you to express yourself clearly in both speech and writing.

To succeed in this role, you enjoy working in a team, are responsible, and can independently identify which tasks need to be performed.

You meet the following criteria;

• High school education or equivalent as assessed by the employer
• Good knowledge of customer service and experience working in an organization that focuses on the customer
• Class B driver's license
• Good computer skills.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.

Meritorious for the assignment is if you meet;

Previous experience in the housing industry.

You are offered

A full-time consulting assignment starting as soon as possible, expected to last until 2025-12-31, with the possibility of extension in three-month periods. You will be employed by Jurek Talents AB and assigned to our client in Gävle.

Working hours will be 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM. There will be no possibility for remote work; all work will take place on-site at our client in Gävle.
