Are you an experienced DevOps Engineer with a focus on automation, stable operations, and modern infrastructure solutions? We are now looking for a senior DevOps specialist to a technology-heavy and development-oriented environment where you will work with platforms used by the entire organization.

About the role

As a DevOps Engineer, you will work closely with both development and operations. You will help build, improve, and maintain platforms and delivery flows. The goal is to create a stable, secure, and efficient IT environment – both in the cloud and on-prem.

You thrive in a role where you can influence, improve, and automate everyday tasks together with other technical colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Design, operate, and further develop platforms in hybrid and cloud environments (e.g., Azure, Kubernetes/OKD, VMware)
• Automate and standardize infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible, and/or Bicep
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, GitHub, Git)
• Script to streamline processes (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve stability and performance (Prometheus, ELK, Azure Monitor)
• Participate in change, release, and incident management according to established procedures
• Work together with developers, architects, operations teams, and vendors

Technical environment:

Operating systems & networks: Linux, Windows Server, TCP/IP, DNS Cloud & platforms: Azure, Kubernetes, OKD, Docker, VMware Automation & CI/CD: Terraform, Ansible, Bicep, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions Scripting: Python, Bash, PowerShell, Go Monitoring & logging: Prometheus, ELK stack, Azure Monitor Security: SSO/SCIM, system hardening, Zero Trust approach

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 5 years of experience in DevOps or IT infrastructure
• Has worked with IaC and CI/CD as a natural part of your work
• Has a good understanding of container platforms and cloud environments
• Is curious, self-driven, and enjoys collaborating with others
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently

Meritorious: Certifications in Azure/DevOps, experience with GCP/AWS, or specialization in IT security.
