Information about the Role

We are now looking for someone who wants to work in a technically complex and coordinating role within automotive development. You will be an important part of our client's testing and development organization, responsible for planning, quality control, vehicle logistics, and coordination of technical processes.

The role suits you if you enjoy structure, analysis, communication, and working closely with both technology and people. The assignments vary but often involve collaboration with international teams and work in a dynamic, development-intensive environment.

Your Responsibilities

The work may include:

• Coordinating activities related to test vehicles, documentation, and vehicle readiness
• Ensuring traceability and proper handling of technical information and software releases
• Planning and following up on technical processes in complex project environments
• Working closely with development, validation, and safety teams to ensure quality and compliance
• Supporting risk assessments, analyses, reporting, and improvement work
• Communicating status, deviations, and technical updates to relevant stakeholders
• Participating in cross-functional collaborations where technology, processes, and logistics meet

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in development, testing, or coordination roles
• Technical education or relevant work experience
• Good understanding of automotive components or software-related processes
• Strong ability to coordinate and structure complex workflows
• Strong communication skills and confidence in working with many stakeholders
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written

Meritorious

• Experience with test vehicles, technical documentation, or vehicle logistics
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as SUMS (R156) or cybersecurity standards
• Experience with tools like Jira, Office 365, or automotive-related IT systems
• Driving licenses beyond B, e.g., B96/BE or test track license
• Experience working in international teams, for example with China
