Engaged preschool teacher with a passion for children's learning

We are now looking for a licensed preschool teacher.

With us, you will have the opportunity to systematically highlight how we can create the best conditions for each child to develop and become their best self.

As a preschool teacher with us, you will be responsible for and lead the pedagogical work in close collaboration with colleagues, aiming to continuously raise the quality and ensure equity in education. Through open, unpretentious dialogue and with children's needs, play, learning, and development in focus, you will lead the team and preschool forward.

We are looking for someone who wants to take on an exciting assignment in a strong organization and who:

• Leads your team with a warm hand and curious thoughts.
• Contributes to a good working climate through participation and encouragement.
• Clearly outlines direction and goals and follows up on these.

Job Responsibilities

As a preschool teacher, you are professionally responsible for:

• Leading the pedagogical work in your team and at the preschool as a whole.
• Being actively involved and present in education and in collegial contexts.
• Implementing the preschool's curriculum in daily activities.
• Driving systematic quality work to support children's development.
• Contributing to a good working climate and a safe working environment.
• Being passionate about children's learning, development, and curiosity.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a preschool teacher degree.

Experience as a preschool teacher is an advantage, but we also welcome newly graduated teachers.

We place great importance on personal suitability – engagement, curiosity, and the ability to collaborate are central.
