Merit AB is looking for teaching educators in Vocational Swedish in the Skåne area with delivery locations:

• Malmö
• Helsingborg
• Kristianstad

Merit conducts Vocational Swedish on behalf of the Public Employment Service with various focuses in collaboration with vocational training programs, at different educational providers, and on-site at Merit. The teaching is closely linked to the participants and the vocational language they need for their ongoing vocational training and for communication in their future profession.

We are looking for someone who can teach vocational Swedish, preferably with experience in one or more of the following vocational areas:

• Restaurant
• Care
• Cleaning
• IT
• and many other industries

The teaching educators we are looking for must meet at least one of the following requirements:

• A relevant vocational education of at least one (1) year full-time, as well as at least two (2) years of experience in teaching within a vocational area for newly arrived or foreign-born individuals
• Pedagogical education of 60 credits or equivalent and at least two (2) years of experience in teaching Swedish for newly arrived or foreign-born individuals
• Education in Swedish as a second language equivalent to at least 30 credits and at least one (1) year of professional experience in one of the requested vocational areas.
