Education Administration

The Education Administration works within a 1–19 year perspective and covers preschool, school, and leisure centers. We work systematically and inclusively in our processes with a clear focus on children and students, which is one of the reasons for our good results in both preschool and school. Central Child and Student Health

Central Child and Student Health is located under the Education Administration and works with children and students aged 1–19. The Central Child and Student Health unit includes the professional groups of psychologist, school nurse, school counselor, and special educator, and we have approximately 30 employees.

Job Responsibilities

The assignment includes, among other things:

• Teaching students individually and in groups in our municipality-wide special teaching group. Teaching covers all subjects, but with special responsibility for Swedish.
• Collaborating with other professions and, together with your colleagues and the student health professionals, developing good learning environments for preventive purposes to identify and remove barriers in the learning environment.
• Participating in the work to investigate and document measures for students in need of special support, which is done in collaboration with other staff, the student, and guardians.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a Swedish teaching license and good experience of teaching students with neurodevelopmental disorders. You should have a good approach, great commitment to these children, and a desire to make a difference in everyday life! We prefer that you have a broad teaching qualification with a license for teaching in several theoretical subjects, where qualification in Swedish is a requirement. Personal suitability for the assignment weighs heavily.

A B-class driver's license is a requirement.
