Grit Academy is now seeking a social and engaged employee for a part-time role where you can make a real difference for our students.

About the role

As a coach with us, you will be a central part of our students' journey towards the labor market. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Coaching and guiding students in their personal and professional development
• Establishing and maintaining contact with employers
• Actively seeking, matching, and securing internships
• Following up with both students and workplaces during the internship period

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a social, confident, and communicative person who thrives in the role of support and link between students and the labor market. You need to have:

• Documented experience in similar tasks (e.g., coaching, labor market initiatives, internship or employer coordination)
• Good ability to create and maintain relationships
• Independence, structure, and a solution-focused approach to work

Perfect for you who are looking for part-time work or want to work alongside your studies, such as a PA student or aspiring career counselor.
