Göingeskolan, one of the municipality's primary schools, is a 7-9 school with about 270 students. The school is centrally located in Broby, close to both the town center and the surrounding nature.

Göingeskolan, together with the entire municipality, has initiated the School Journey 2030 towards higher goal fulfillment for our students. At our school, we work to ensure that all students experience participation, motivation, safety, and study peace so that they can achieve their goals. We want them to thrive and feel good to maintain their desire to learn. The school's teachers, student health team, and other professionals work together with students and guardians to provide good conditions for learning. Inclusion and collaboration are key words for us. We have a high level of ambition and a good working climate that stimulates development and learning for both students and staff.

The school has an active student council and School Sports Association, which work for increased study peace and a safe and active school environment. Their work also brings the feeling that the school listens to them, and that their engagement and participation are important.

All our students have a Chromebook, and we actively use Google Workspace for Education in all subjects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Göingeskolan is looking for a qualified teacher authorized to teach Swedish, Mathematics, and Science in grades 7-9. You have a positive attitude towards your students and colleagues and have the ability to create a very good working climate, with good relationships in a safe learning environment.

You have high expectations for your students, believe that everyone can succeed, and are prepared to create the best conditions for that. You have a professional demeanor in your interactions with students and guardians while being attentive and patient. You want and have the ability to both develop and be developed.

In the role of teacher with us at Göingeskolan, you will work, together with your colleagues at the school, towards the different grade levels. You will be part of one of the school's working teams and be an important cog in our development work where an inclusive approach and collaboration are of great importance.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who truly enjoys developing in their role as a teacher. You are driven by the opportunity to give the school's students the best start they can have based on their conditions and needs.

It is an advantage if you have worked with students from multicultural backgrounds and have experience with a language development approach. Your personal qualities are important to us, so we place great emphasis on personal suitability. You naturally have an easy way of expressing yourself well in both speech and writing.

According to the Education Act, a police record extract must be presented before employment can be offered.
