Mission
We are looking for someone who is flexible, responsible, and engaged, and who wants to work as a substitute with us during the absence of regular staff. As a substitute, you play an important role in the school's daily life and contribute to ensuring that students experience a safe, structured, and meaningful school day even when their regular teacher is not present. In the role of substitute, you are responsible for conducting teaching and activities according to instructions and plans from responsible teachers. You follow given lesson plans, support students in their work, and contribute to a conducive and good working environment in the classroom. You are expected to be a clear and secure adult who creates good relationships with students and collaborates with other staff at the school.

Competence
We are looking for a secure, responsible, and flexible adult with a clear student focus. You find it easy to adapt to new situations and can quickly immerse yourself in various tasks and contexts.

To succeed in the role, we see that you:

  • Are flexible and have a good ability to adapt to the needs of the organization.
  • Are solution-focused and can take initiative when the situation requires it.
  • Have a good ability to create safe, respectful, and positive relationships with students.
  • Are responsible and feel secure in a leadership role in the classroom.
  • Have good collaboration skills and a professional approach towards students and colleagues.

Previous experience working with children and youth is an advantage, but we place great importance on personal suitability, maturity, and the ability to create structure and safety in the learning environment.

Working hours/duration
Full-time substitute position during VT26. Start date by agreement.
