Åkarp is a small community close to Malmö and Lund, as well as Alnarps inspiring natural environment. Åkarp has good communication with buses and trains. The school is centrally located with a 3-minute walk from Åkarp station. Åkarp has 5 schools distributed over 4 school units from preschool to grade 9. The focus of the position is on Dalslund 7-9.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a positive, engaged teacher who wants to help drive our pedagogical development forward and who sees opportunities even when something is difficult. In our development work, we focus on student-active and formative methods, as well as reflective learning. Our greatest focus has been on student-active methods using cooperative learning structures.

We believe that you easily create relationships with others and that you enjoy working together in teams and inspiring and being inspired by your colleagues in the work team.

Using digital tools is a natural part of your teaching profession, and you strive to develop your own and especially your students' digital competence in your daily life. Since both you and the students have personal digital tools, and there is a projector in every classroom, there are opportunities to use modern pedagogy where technology supports students' learning.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a qualified or ongoing primary school teacher with subject competence in German. We need you to be willing to fully commit to the children/students and be flexible and attentive to both children and parents. You should be able to use a solution-focused approach and have the ability to elicit trust from students and parents.

The psychosocial work environment should be based on openness, collaboration, and curiosity.
