Part-time project employment (50%) – February 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027

HSIF Lorensborg (Home Plan) is looking for a sports-interested leader who wants to help spread the interest for orienteering at the local level, with a particular focus on Rosengård, Holma, Kroksbäck, and Bellevuegården.

The position is carried out in collaboration with the Swedish Orienteering Federation, Skåne Orienteering Federation (district federation), and Malmö Orienteering Club.

About the position

The position is a part-time project employment (50%) starting on February 1, 2026 and lasting until December 31, 2027. The assignment involves building relationships, creating engagement, and developing orienteering activities, focusing on children, in collaboration with local actors, associations, and federations.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop an orienteering activity with regular training sessions for members in the area
• 
  
• Recruit participants for the activity
• 
  
• Recruit and support leaders for the training group
• 
  
• Document and report statistics, methods, lessons, and experiences from the activity
• 
  
• Collaborate with RF-SISU, other special sports federations, associations, schools, municipalities, and other local actors
• 
  
• Upon request, share experiences from the work with Swedish Orienteering

• Has a local network or good knowledge of Rosengård, Holma, and/or Kroksbäck

• Is inspiring and has the ability to promote activities

• Is curious, willing to learn new things, and open to development

• Is engaged, self-driven, and enjoys working in various environments

• Has good collaboration skills and an inclusive approach
• 
  
• The most important thing is your engagement and your willingness to spread the interest for orienteering.
