RESPONSIBILITIES

You who are applying should be interested in creating a pedagogical environment that challenges and stimulates students' development and learning. The pedagogical activities are based on each student's conditions and are built on teaching that is designed in accordance with the curriculum goals in social studies subjects.

As a teacher, you enhance the students' school day by inspiring, organizing, and conducting structured teaching, as well as supporting the students' social development. You support the students and the school in becoming a safe, stimulating, and educational environment during the school day.

You are part of a work team and a subject team. Together with local student health and school management, you develop a stimulating, pleasant, and developing operation with safety and study peace.

We work with collegial learning that takes place both individually and in the work team. An exciting development project is underway with the aim of creating a professional development culture where educators support each other in the development of a good school.

We expect you to have a strong commitment to driving and developing digital and language-developing methods. Cooperative learning and structures that support students' collaboration are used in teaching.

You systematically reflect on the practical work, both individually and together with others, and keep updated on new research, events in the world, and see development opportunities in the operation.

QUALIFICATIONS

Teaching license with authorization to teach grades 7-9 in social studies subjects. Experience is desirable.

OTHER

There is an opportunity to combine the work with being a part-time firefighter. Assessment is made based on the needs of the operation.
