About the Workplace
Gläntanskolan, located in Ödåkra in the northern part of Helsingborg, offers an inspiring environment for both students and staff. With around 400 students from preschool to grade 9, the school is characterized by a wonderful ambition and a strong sense of camaraderie. It is easy to get here via public transport, making our school an accessible and pleasant workplace.
With an engaged and loyal staff, many of whom have been with us for a long time, we offer a stable and secure working environment. Our educators work closely with the students to create a school day where each individual can flourish. As part of our team, you will closely collaborate with an experienced teacher in the after-school program, and together we create a safe and developing environment for all our students.

Job Responsibilities
Are you our next teacher in the after-school program?
We are looking for an engaged teacher for our after-school program. One of our employees is leaving their position for further studies, and we are now seeking you who want to continue developing the operations together with our colleagues.
With us, you will be part of a team that collectively works to create a safe, inclusive, and developing learning environment for all students. We value collaboration, structure, and a professional approach in our daily work.
Your Role with Us
As a teacher in the after-school program, you will plan and implement teaching and activities that stimulate students' learning and personal development. You contribute to creating a safe and meaningful after-school activity where students are given the opportunity to develop both academically and socially.
Together with your colleagues, you work for community and good relationships. During school hours, you will also be responsible for the school's break activities together with the school's Trivselledare, aiming to promote a safe and active environment outside the classroom as well.
Qualifications
- You are a licensed teacher with qualifications to teach in the after-school program.
- You have experience working in after-school programs and are familiar with systematic quality work (SKA).
- You are solution-focused, flexible, and a natural team player who contributes to a positive work environment.
- You have clear and warm leadership, can take responsibility for a group, and are passionate about creating good relationships.
- You have considered your personal development and want to grow in your professional role.
- You speak and write Swedish fluently.
About the Team:
You will become part of a group of loyal employees who have worked at the school for a long time, providing a stable and welcoming work environment. You will work closely with an experienced teacher in the after-school program who will support and collaborate with you in your daily work.
