JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Landskrona city has a modern and professional career guidance service where we collaborate with the city's various departments and external authorities.

In this role, you will be responsible for guiding adult residents towards work through education. A central part of your job involves collaboration with other authorities such as the Employment Service, UHR, CSN, and the National Agency for Education.

The main tasks include individual guidance conversations both in person and remotely (e-guidance), mapping for studies, planning for final grades or high school diplomas, and providing information about educational opportunities. The position also includes administrative tasks related to admissions, guidance emails, and phone support. It is important that you have digital skills as much of your work involves using our administrative systems.

You will be part of our guidance center, located in modern and newly renovated premises in central Landskrona. Here, you will work alongside five other study and career advisors in a team striving to develop and improve the guidance service. Occasional evening work may occur.

We are currently looking for two individuals due to upcoming leave of absence for two employees.

QUALIFICATIONS

Career and Study Advisor

You must have completed training as a career and study advisor with a recognized degree.

Career and Study Advisor in Adult Education

It is important that you have worked as a career and study advisor in adult education to guide our applicants correctly towards courses and training.
