About the Position

We are looking for a certified vocational teacher in healthcare and social services who has a genuine professional pride and commitment to the profession, and you have previous teaching experience.

You are expected to participate in the school's knowledge and value foundation work and familiarize yourself with relevant governing documents, as well as possess digital competence, an inclusive approach, and the ability to adapt teaching to students' needs.

Currently, we teach in both a course and subject system, which means you are expected to understand what each course/subject entails, its purpose, central content, and grading criteria.

As a professional, you are curious, unpretentious, and a good role model. You share your own knowledge, show humility towards colleagues' competencies, and respect students' diverse backgrounds and goals. Your personality is characterized by the ability to collaborate, flexibility, and a strong ability to build relationships with everyone you meet. In your role as a vocational teacher, you are professional and instill a positive belief in our students' abilities so that they achieve their educational goals. You foster a learning/development climate, provide feedback to students, assist your colleagues, and maintain a focus on quality.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a certified vocational teacher in healthcare and social services with pedagogical skills. It is an advantage if you have taught in adult education and preferably with an integrated approach within SFI/Swedish as a second language.
