Who are you?

You have experience teaching social studies, history, and religion at the basic and upper secondary levels. You hold subject qualifications from university in social studies, history, and religion as well as pedagogy. Experience teaching at folk high school is an advantage.

The position is 100%, starting in January 2026. It is a parental leave substitute for the spring term of 2026 with a chance for extension.

FOLKHÖGSKOLAN SKURUP FRIDHEM IN MALMÖ

Folkhögskolan Skurup and Fridhem in Malmö is a school located in the heart of Malmö, jointly owned and operated by Skurup and Fridhem folk high schools. The institution has been in operation for eight years and offers a range of different programs such as SFI, general folk high school courses, labor market training, and ESF. At Folkhögskolan Skurup Fridhem, we have about 500 students distributed across our various educational forms.

Regardless of the educational form, we hold collective learning in high regard and strive to create an educational chain between the different programs.

Our participants are our focus. The school should be a safe place where dreams can be formulated, grow, and be fulfilled. All staff play an important role in this work. We are a relatively new school that is under development, and all staff participate in this process. Therefore, it is important that you are a solution-focused person who can be creative and solve practical problems that may arise.

We are a small workplace with about 40 employees and form a team that helps each other and together creates a good school for our participants.
