Your Responsibilities
You are part of our team that works together to make the visit to Glimmingehus a joyful and enriching experience.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Conducting tours of the castle, dramatizations, and educational programs on-site for the public, school groups, and booked groups.
- Working in our shop and entrance with sales, customer reception, information, cash handling, daily closing, restocking goods, and similar tasks.
It may also occur that you will conduct live broadcasts to schools and the public using our 3D model of the castle. We see it as essential that you are open to working digitally, working with children, and taking on roles. You will also receive international guests with tours in English and possibly in German or another language. Through public activities related to medieval crafts and tasks, you contribute to bringing the castle and courtyard to life. Some positions may include specific responsibilities such as guiding in a certain language, following up on operations, or certain events. Some cleaning and maintenance of the site are also included in the job duties.
