JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Landskrona city has a modern and professional career guidance service where we collaborate with the city's various administrations and external authorities.

In this role, you will be responsible for guiding adult residents towards employment through education. A central part of your work involves collaboration with other authorities such as the Employment Service, UHR, CSN, and the National Agency for Education.

The main tasks include individual guidance sessions both in person and remotely (e-guidance), mapping prior to studies, planning final grades or high school diplomas, and providing information about educational opportunities. The position also includes administrative tasks related to admissions, guidance emails, and phone support. It is important that you have digital skills as much of your work involves using our administrative systems.

You will be part of our guidance center, located in modern and newly renovated premises in central Landskrona. Here, you will work alongside five other study and career counselors in a team that strives to develop and improve the guidance service. Occasionally, evening work may be required.

We are currently looking for two individuals due to upcoming leave of absence for two employees.

QUALIFICATIONS

Career Advisor

You must have completed training as a career advisor with a recognized degree.

Career Advisor in Adult Education

It is important that you have worked as a career advisor in adult education to guide our applicants correctly towards courses and training.
