Are you an engaged and curious teacher who wants to inspire students in Science/Technology and another subject? With us, you will have the opportunity to develop both teaching and relationships in a safe and collaborative environment.

Vasavångsskolan 7–9 is a secondary school in eastern Eslöv with approximately 330 students. Here, teaching is characterized by close and good relationships between students and adults. We work with varied teaching methods that create engagement and support students' development.

Throughout the year, we also conduct schedule-breaking joint days where students meet across class boundaries. Activities such as Vasaloppet, Halloween celebrations, and other theme days create community and contribute to increased well-being and safety at school.

Your mission

In this role, you will help shape the teaching and create the best conditions for students' development. You will work closely with colleagues and have an important role both in the classroom and as a mentor.

You will, among other things:

• Plan, implement, and follow up on teaching in Science/Technology and another subject
• Create clear, varied, and inclusive learning environments
• Work formatively and use assessment as support for teachers
• Be a mentor for a group of students and be responsible for their social and academic development
• Collaborate with colleagues in teams and subject groups

Your experience

You are confident in your role as a teacher and driven by creating good relationships that lead to development.

We see that you have:

• Teaching certification with qualifications in Science/Technology
• Additional subject qualifications are considered an advantage
• Experience of teaching in primary school
