You now have the opportunity to become part of a wonderful customer service team at one of our beloved client companies in Gärdet, Stockholm. As a customer service representative, you will handle incoming calls and bookings. Your task will be to provide professional service and guidance to the company's customers via phone and email. The start date for the role is January 8, 2026. You will initially be employed as a consultant by us at The Place for 4 months, with good opportunities to then become directly employed by the client company. A background check may be conducted on the final candidate. Job Responsibilities

Your job responsibilities will include:

• Receiving incoming calls and providing customers with the right information and support, as well as following up with outgoing calls.

• Booking appointments and guiding customers based on their needs

• Working solution-oriented to ensure a positive customer experience

• Answering general questions about the business, such as opening hours and office locations.

Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Have some years of work experience in service
• Driven by working towards goals and creating good customer experiences
• Have a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
• Approved secondary education

Location: Gärdet, Stockholm

Scope:The position is full-time (100%) with main working hours scheduled during the day from Monday to Sunday, but shifts may vary between 07:00 and 22:00. In the long run, it may also be relevant to work nights.

Employment:You will initially be employed as a consultant by us at The Place for 4 months, with good opportunities to then be directly employed by the client company.
