About the role

You will be in contact with many parts of the organization and especially our customers – our retailers. Your main task is to deliver fantastic service and a professional approach, where you provide proactive solutions and answers.

You will have daily contact with customers via email and phone, both Swedish and international, which means you need to be proficient in Swedish and English in both spoken and written form. Your role is crucial in our strive to become the best customer service in the market!

• Handling complaints
• Tracking deliveries
• Answering product inquiries
• Order management

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is social, outgoing, and has a strong service mindset. You:

✔ Communicate well in Swedish and English

✔ Have the ability to handle higher workloads during busy periods

✔ Are structured, unpretentious, and engaged

✔ Enjoy working both independently and in a team

Previous experience in similar work is an advantage but not a requirement – the most important thing is that you want to develop and grow with us!

About us

Venture Design operates as a wholesaler of outdoor and indoor furniture. The company was founded in its current form in 2014 and had a turnover of 368 million SEK in 2024. Today, we have over 500 retailers across Scandinavia and about 20 other countries in Europe, including both traditional furniture stores and online-based companies. We are constantly working to develop our products from a sustainability and environmentally friendly perspective.

A business that is clearly characterized by innovation, where we design, develop, market, and distribute furniture with Scandinavian style and high affordability. Our Swedish office is located in Växjö, our Chinese office is in Guangzhou, and our warehouse operations are conducted from Knäred.
