About the Job
As a pension administrator for housing supplements, you work with public authority in accordance with applicable regulations and processes. You assist our customers through various channels such as phone, email, and the case management system. Communication and interaction with our customers are among the most important success factors for conducting an effective operation. This creates significant value for our customers.
You ensure that our customers receive a legally secure and factual assessment, information, and administration of their case or contact with us. You deliver a helpful, safe, and professional response.
The position is located within the department for housing and income support with placement in Halmstad, Gävle, or Växjö.
Your Profile
You appreciate customer meetings via phone, email, and case management systems and are motivated by helping others. You have the ability to communicate in an understandable and clear manner in both speech and writing, and can adapt your message based on the recipient. You are a structured person, confident in working independently, and have the ability to see the whole picture in your daily work. We are looking for someone who has
- Relevant academic education or equivalent experience that the employer considers comparable.
- Very good ability to express yourself in both spoken and written Swedish.
It is advantageous if you have
- Current experience in case management within public administration
- Experience in public authority and application of regulations
- Experience working with customers via phone, email, and case management systems
- Good knowledge of other languages

Good to Know
The position is a fixed-term employment for six months, with the possibility of extension, starting from 2026-04-07.
The employment may be placed in a security class.

The Swedish Pensions Agency is responsible for public pensions and informs about the entire pension system. Each year, we pay out approximately 415 billion SEK to 2.3 million pensioners, conduct approximately 911,000 fund switches, and send out 8 million orange envelopes. We have about 25 million digital customer contacts per year. We are approximately 1,700 employees at eight locations, from Luleå in the north to Halmstad in the south.
