Application Consultant HRM

That’s why we are looking for someone who wants to combine system understanding with human curiosity - and become the link between technology and reality in our customers' workdays. The role of Application Consultant HRM is for you who likes structure, sees the big picture, and is curious about future possibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of consultant, you will work on implementing Kontek's HRM system based on each customer's unique conditions, collective agreements, and needs.

You will be both an advisor, educator, and technical guide - with the goal of ensuring that users understand, feel secure with, and enjoy their new system solutions.

Since our customers have different needs, your role may vary from assignment to assignment. In some projects, you will be involved in many aspects and drive the work closely with the customer, while in others you will function more as support in specific areas. You will work on several customer projects simultaneously, with project durations varying up to 4 months.

In addition to new implementations, you will also continuously work with consultations for existing customers. This can involve anything from minor adjustments to introducing new features. And if you have ideas for improvements? Great! Because you will help develop not only our customers' everyday lives but also our own.

You will work closely with your team and develop together with 12 experienced colleagues who support each other and share knowledge. Here, it is unpretentious, educational, and fun - and you will have the opportunity to influence both our customers' and our own processes.

The role is based in Ljungby and Gothenburg.

QUALIFICATIONS

You may not have all the answers, but you enjoy asking the right questions. You are curious, solution-oriented, and thrive equally well in customer dialogues as in troubleshooting system flows. Technology particularly attracts you when it makes people's everyday lives easier.

We believe you have a few years of experience in roles where you have worked closely with both systems and users. If you have worked with HRM or similar systems before, that is advantageous, but not a requirement. The important thing is that you have a good understanding of systems, enjoy digital tools, and are interested in how technology, AI, and automation can create smarter ways of working. You communicate clearly and pedagogically in both Swedish and English.

Experience in payroll, integrations, technical implementations, or training others is seen as valuable - but most importantly is your willingness to learn, improve, and contribute together with us.
