HR Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an HR consultant, you will work on time-limited projects together with our clients to understand their needs and create the best solutions in our HR systems. You will be the advisor who translates complex HR issues into usable systems and workflows.

In this role, you will among other things:

• Support clients during the implementation of our HR systems and ensure they get maximum benefit from their solutions
• Adapt systems and processes based on collective agreements, business needs, and HR principles
• Work on projects together with project managers and colleagues in various specialist areas to deliver high-quality results
• Stay updated through market monitoring and contribute insights and recommended practices
• Support existing clients with training, advice, and minor system adjustments

Thanks to you, the client's HR processes become smoother, administration easier, compliance better, and users more confident in their tools. You create a tangible difference in their everyday lives.

You will be part of a team of three experienced HR consultants who work closely together, share knowledge, and support each other in projects. The team is characterized by a lack of prestige, engagement, and a strong desire to develop.

The role is based in Ljungby and Gothenburg.

QUALIFICATIONS

You thrive in the meeting between people, processes, and digital solutions. You enjoy analyzing needs, finding practical solutions, and building long-lasting relationships.

We believe you have:

• Relevant education in HR
• Technical interest and confidence in digital tools and systems
• Several years of experience in broad HR work, preferably in a consultative role
• Experience in customer contact, consulting, or project responsibility
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English

You do not need to know all our systems; we will teach you what you need along the way.
