Responsibilities for Site Manager at Werksta Gustavsberg – Leadership for certified BMW & Porsche operations

As site manager, you are overall responsible for the entire Werksta Gustavsberg operation – with a particular focus on our authorized brands BMW and Porsche. You lead, develop, and support an engaged team of technicians and employees to ensure the highest quality, efficiency, and customer experience. Your mission includes:

• Directing, planning, and driving the entire daily workshop operations
• Leading and developing the team based on our values, processes, and manufacturers' requirements
• Being responsible for personnel, work environment, quality, budget, results, and reporting
• Ensuring that we meet the specific quality standards applicable to authorized BMW and Porsche service
• Working closely with customers, maintaining relationships with insurance companies and partners
• Implementing new routines, digital workflows, and technical solutions
• Actively working on improvement efforts, skills development, and recruitment

Your profile – Experienced and certified leader in the automotive industry

We are looking for someone with several years of experience as a site manager or workshop manager in collision repair or car service, preferably within the premium segment. You have experience in leadership, systematic work environment management, and modern workshop processes. It is particularly advantageous if you have certification or documented experience from BMW, Porsche, or a similar authorized workshop. We place great importance on you:

• Have relevant leadership background in the automotive industry, such as site manager, workshop manager, or team leader
• Have experience from an authorized workshop, preferably BMW and/or Porsche
• Are an engaged, coaching, and structured leader
• Have strong communication skills and business-minded thinking
• Express yourself fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have a B driver's license
• Are driven to develop both people and operations
• Have a modern and inclusive leadership style, just like us
