JOB DESCRIPTION

As a financial administrator, you will be responsible for the ongoing work within finance and accounting for the Tidaholm area. Your tasks will primarily include financial administration, such as bookkeeping, monthly reconciliations, internal accounting, follow-up, invoice management, etc. For example, you will be responsible for planning and administration during inventories, various types of orders, checking and coding invoices, and supporting the management team in financial matters. In your work, you will mainly collaborate with the prison's management team, but also with the Swedish Prison and Probation Service's service center that handles financial administrative tasks. You will also support your colleague in finance who works with inmates' funds as needed.

In your role as a financial administrator, you need to be service-oriented and helpful but also comfortable working independently as you plan and organize your workday. Requirements for the position

• Complete upper secondary education in the form of a diploma or upper secondary certificate, preferably in finance or another direction that the employer deems relevant for the position
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing
• Good computer skills and IT knowledge
• Documented experience in financial administrative work

Meritorious

• Academic education/university degree in finance or other education in finance that the employer deems relevant for the position
• Experience in financial administrative work from public administration or other activities
• Experience in bookkeeping and monthly reconciliations
• Experience working in the financial system UBW (formerly Agresso) and Proceedo
• Experience in the Swedish Prison and Probation Service
