We are now looking for a Treatment Assistant to our team at Nytida Drevviken HVB for adults with mental disabilities. We offer training and a developing job where you can make a difference! The position is a full-time position. About Nytida Dreviken Drevviken HVB is part of Nytida and serves individuals between the ages of 18 and 45 with mental disabilities. With us, clients live, commissioned by their municipalities, while receiving support to work on their individual goals to move forward in life.

Common diagnoses among our clients include anxiety disorders, depression, EIPS, psychosis, ADHD, autism, obsessive-compulsive disorder, PTSD, schizophrenia, and comorbidity.

About the role In the role of treatment assistant, you will base your work on the individual needs and wishes of the residents and provide support in daily life according to Nytida's educational framework. Together with other staff, you will work towards making the day meaningful and rich in content. You will support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the job is to stimulate and motivate the resident to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evenings, and weekends.

You will have a group manager close to you in the operation. This could also be a future career opportunity for you.  

Your experience and knowledge You who are applying have at least a 2-year post-secondary education (at a vocational college) as a Social Pedagogue/Treatment Pedagogue or equivalent education. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form, good computer skills, and experience with documentation. It is an advantage if you have experience working with the target group. Otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will support you and give you the opportunity to grow.
