This is what you will do with us

As the information security manager at Attendo Scandinavia, you will have the overall responsibility for leading the business area's information security work in its entirety. It is both a strategic and operational role that includes, among other things:

• Ensuring that Attendo complies with relevant regulations and standards, including GDPR and data protection laws.
• Developing and implementing governing documents and security strategies.
• Conducting risk assessments and managing incidents to minimize security risks.
• Training and supporting employees in information security issues.
• Collaborating with the management team and international colleagues to ensure that our security goals are met.

Your team and workplace

You will belong to the Business Development & IT department (part of the support organization) and work broadly across IT architecture, development, infrastructure, and business development, as well as across the organization. You will work closely with both IT specialists and managers to create a secure digital environment for the entire company.

You will be based at Attendo's headquarters in Danderyd, Stockholm, where you are expected to want to be on-site a lot, but there is also the possibility to work remotely.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a role where you can work with both strategic issues and plan your area in the long term, but also want to be operational and get things done in the short term. You understand the value of security and are strongly motivated to spread and educate it within the organization. To succeed in this, we see that you have strong communication skills and thrive best when you can collaborate with others. We also see that you are fluent in Swedish and English.

Based on experience and knowledge, we see that you have:

• Solid experience in information security or equivalent.
• Good knowledge regarding GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.
• Experience in developing and implementing information security policies, guidelines, instructions, and procedures.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and working systematically with risks.
• Knowledge of threats and trends in cybersecurity, as well as preventing and working with risk management.
• Experience in conducting security audits and security assessments.
• Relevant education.
