Your role

As a Microsoft Dynamics Application Specialist, you will work on customizing, configuring, and developing Dynamics 365 applications to meet customer needs. You will be a key person in creating innovative business solutions and contributing to the company's success in CRM and digital transformation.

Your responsibilities

• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 applications to meet customer requirements.
• Develop tailored solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages.
• Apply DevOps principles in an agile work environment to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.
• Provide insights and solutions for CRM challenges and work closely with customers to understand their needs.
• Participate in agile teams and contribute to the implementation of SAFe principles (Scaled Agile Framework).
• Conduct training and provide ongoing support to end-users.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages).
• Fluent in Swedish and professional in English.
• Experience with DevOps, Jira, and agile methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe.
• Basic understanding of JavaScript and plugin concepts.
• Knowledge of various tools within Dynamics 365 and their applications.

Preferred experiences

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals.
• Certification as a Scrum Master or SAFe Agilist.

Location

The position is based in Stockholm with the possibility of remote work.

Timeline and scope

This is a full-time position where the client will offer a permanent employment contract to the right candidate. Start date to be agreed upon.
