JP IT-Konsult i Stockholm AB is a growing consulting firm that collaborates with established clients across various industries. We focus on delivering business-critical, innovative IT solutions in complex environments. We are now looking for a skilled Windows specialist with expertise in Configuration Manager (SCCM), Intune, and packaging, who wants to enhance our clients' IT workplace environments.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Work with Configuration Manager and/or Intune to administer, configure, and manage clients
• Package applications and drivers and install security updates
• Manage operating system installations, including setting up new images (e.g., with MDT)
• Configure and maintain Group Policies
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to deployment, applications, and operating systems
• Monitor and develop the ConfigMgr/Intune environment, including upgrades and automation solutions (e.g., PowerShell scripts)
• Contribute to a stable and secure client environment through environmental monitoring and proactive improvement work

Required Qualifications

• Several years of experience with SCCM/Intune and packaging
• Documented technical knowledge in client management (IT workplace)
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues related to installation, deployment, and configuration
• Structured and analytical mindset that ensures quality and efficiency
• Good communication skills and experience collaborating in teams

Meritorious

• Experience managing and upgrading ConfigMgr
• Knowledge of VDI solutions (virtual clients)
• Experience with Task Sequences and creating images (e.g., MDT)
• Previous work with ticketing systems (e.g., Easit)
• Experience working with environmental monitoring and proactive development of client environments
