About the role

In this role, you will:

• Ensure that initiatives and projects align with the organization's overall strategy.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and developers, to drive cohesive delivery.
• Manage technical challenges through strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ensure that the technical solutions are scalable, sustainable, and of high quality.
• Communicate clearly with both management and product owners as well as technical teams.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to create consensus and resolve any conflicts.
• Identify and proactively manage risks related to both technology and organization.
• Support team members by sharing knowledge and experiences, as well as promoting their professional development.

Must-have requirements

• Experience with Azure or other relevant cloud technology
• Experience with SaaS services
• Knowledge of PaaS services (e.g., API management, containers, data storage, messaging)
• Senior competence in system development and preferably experience in solution architecture
• Good understanding of agile principles (e.g., SAFe)
• Documented experience in developing solutions that span multiple teams or business domains
• Experience with DevOps/FinOps
• Development in Java, Spring Boot, ServiceBus, PostgreSQL, CosmosDB, MongoDB, Redis
• Experience building REST APIs and working with OpenAPI standards
• Familiarity with driving complex product development with high demands on availability and performance

Preferred qualifications

• Experience leading or coaching other developers and architects
• Background working in matrix organizations with many stakeholders
• Experience with both traditional and agile project methodologies
